Most people think that there is a mystical well guarded secret to doing Agel, when in fact the secret is within all of us. It has to do with how you feel about yourself and how do you show that feeling to the world. It's about Self Development.
Self Development is the secret to success in this and any other business. The single most important key is to develop a million dollar mindset. The recent popularity of "The Secret", shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. The benefits of self development have been known for hundreds if not thousands of years.
The law of attraction dominates everything, if you think negative thoughts and watch and read negative things, then that is what you will attract. It all starts with a thought, try it and experiment for yourself to see if it works. The next time you are getting ready to go to the mall, begin hours earlier by thinking of finding an empty parking space close to the front. Think about it all day long, visualize yourself pulling into that premium spot. Then through the law of attraction, wallah, you have a space up front. Now this is exactly how you can become successful in your Agel business.

Take yourself step by step through the meeting, stay positive and you will begin to see a measurable difference in your business in no time. Remember that Diamond is a decision, a decision for you to make about your Agel business. It all starts in the space between your ears.
Get rid of the following stuff first:
- Eliminate self sabotaging behavior
- Lose the drama
- No complaints
- No excuses
- Lose negative thoughts
- No news, TV, newspapers or any other form of negative charged media

- Spend at least 30 minutes a day doing some kind of personal development
- Be a positive example
- Lead by being positive and doing positive things
Remember, everyone faces frustration and everyone will pay the price for their effort. It's those with a positive mental attitude that will prevail. If you want to win in Agel, you can't hold back.
